Return Policy

The EverWatch Controller and associated sensors may be returned within 30-days of purchase; with the exception that the EverWatch Controller or accessories must not have been installed or activated for service.

Any returns must first receive a RMA from customer service.

Return shipping is at the expense of Customer.

Missing parts, accessories, packaging or damage will result in the denial of refund.

Refunds are made back to the original payment method only.

Please allow 5-business days for processing of the return once it arrives to our location.
