EverWatch Boat Show Giveaway – Official Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

The EverWatch Boat Show Giveaway is sponsored by The Captain’s Warehouse LLC, doing business as EverWatch Systems, located at 601 Heritage Dr, Suite 153A, Jupiter, FL 33458, USA.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal Florida residents age 18 or older. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins October 30, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends October 31, 2026, at 9:00 PM Eastern Time.

4. How to Enter

Complete the official EverWatch Boat Show Giveaway Google Form during the Giveaway Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified. No purchase, payment, or marketing subscription is required.

5. Prize

One winner will receive an EverWatch Complete Protection Package with an approximate retail value of $499, including:

• One EverWatch Controller
• One Year of Cellular Monitoring
• One Temperature & Humidity Sensor
• One Door & Hatch Sensor
• One Shore Power Sensor

The system is self-installed. Professional installation is not included. The winner is responsible for setup and installation.

Continued cellular monitoring after the first year is optional and subject to applicable service fees.

The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be substituted for other products or services, except as permitted by applicable law.

6. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries on November 2, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted by email and must respond within seven (7) calendar days.

If the selected winner is ineligible or fails to respond, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Taxes and Expenses

The winner is responsible for applicable taxes and expenses not expressly included in the prize.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise ineligible entries, subject to applicable law.

Any modification, cancellation, or suspension of the Giveaway is subject to applicable legal requirements.

10. Privacy and Marketing

Information collected will be used to administer the Giveaway and contact the selected winner in accordance with EverWatch’s Privacy Policy.

Marketing communications are optional and require separate consent. Marketing subscription is not required to enter or win.

12. Governing Law

The Giveaway is governed by applicable Florida and United States federal law.
